MARKETPLACES SPECIALIST (2023)

Aan het spectrum van digital marketing is in de afgelopen jaren het retail en marketplaces kanaal toegevoegd. Verkopen via marketplaces als Amazon en Bol zijn de lifeline van vele e-tailers. Daarnaast sluiten ook andere marktpartijen als Coolblue en supermarkten als Albert Heijn en Jumbo zich aan op dit kanaal aangezien de consument zich bevindt in de zogenaamde last touchpoint of sale. Voor de online marketing bestedingen betekent dit dat deze voor een steeds groter deel verplaatsen naar de “last touchpoint” of sale; adverteren op de plek waar de consument zich oriënteert en aankoopt.

Voor elke retailer geldt dat wanneer supplychain, pricing en distributie op orde zijn, de wereld aan hun voeten ligt. Elk land kent haar eigen marketplaces en retailmedia omgevingen, waardoor in korte tijd verovering van de de Nederlandse markt en Europese expansie mogelijk is.

During an 8-day pressure cooker, we teach the candidates the system and operation of e-commerce and the most important marketplace and retail players. In this way they can immediately apply their knowledge in their workenvironment. In addition to marketplaces, we also ensure that candidates are fully aware of digital marketing channels such as SEA, social and programmatic. In this way they oversee the entire spectrum in terms of campaign management.

The pressure cooker is followed by a program of aprox. 6 months in which candidates are further trained in retail media, marketplaces and campaign management.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Growing a trainee into a specialist is not limited to just learning about campaign management. Personal development is an important topic during the traineeship. The traineeship is a perfect mixture of soft and hard skills.:

– The latest trends, developments and expertise in the field of marketplaces en retailmedia;;
- Prepare and implement an e-sales/marketing plan;
– Measure, analyze and adjust the results of marketplaces and retailmedia campaigns;
– De tools en tactieken om zelf marketplaces in te richten en operationeel uit te voeren;
– Personal development, presentation and professional communication;
- How they can take up an assignment within an organization and find their way within an organization.

LECTURES
• 26 lectures with built-in assignments
The trainees create a digital marketing action plan aimed at their own organization. They receive guidance from their coach in developing this plan.
